PrevVal processes HubSpot property values but only stores metadata and counts. We do not guarantee real-time processing or immediate updates of previous values.
The Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, belongs to Solution Spot LLC. This includes:
PrevVal functionality
Training materials
Trademarks & logos
Content & design
You are responsible for the proper configuration and setup of PrevVal within your HubSpot environment. We are not liable for any damages, data issues, or other problems resulting from improper setup, incorrect configuration, or misuse of the PrevVal tool.
This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect property tracking, improper integration with HubSpot objects, misuse of previous value data, or any decision-making based on improperly configured PrevVal implementations.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLUTION SPOT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
We are specifically not liable for any damages resulting from improper setup, misconfiguration, or incorrect use of the PrevVal tool or any other services provided.
